Maroczy Anderssen Robledo Gonzales
Head of Programming, Mentor & Dear Friend • Catacaos, Piura
We remember with deep affection, respect, and boundless gratitude someone who led engineering with his heart, proving by daily example that before any line of code, friendship, empathy, and generosity come first.
“Friendship always comes first: code is built together as a team, but genuine human bonds and life lessons endure forever.”
May God welcome him into His glory and grant him eternal peace.
An Unforgettable Legacy
Far more than a lead developer: a brother and teacher
Maroczy was not merely our technical pillar and software architect; he was the devoted friend who always found the time to listen, encourage, and lift up anyone facing a challenge. His leadership was grounded in humility, calm wisdom, and infinite patience.
He taught us that technology is hollow without human warmth. Through every sprint and project, he showed us that the best developers are those who first learn to be supportive teammates, who share their knowledge selflessly, and who celebrate the growth of others as their own.
From his beloved hometown of Catacaos, Piura, he left an enduring mark of integrity, kindness, and craft. Today and always, every line of this platform carries his spirit of service, his inspiration, and his unforgettable friendship.
In Our Memory and Prayers

The Principles That Will Forever Guide Our Journey
Friendship First
He taught us that above titles, status, or hierarchy, genuine mutual care, loyalty, and human respect are the true foundation of any great team.
Passion for Teaching
Always eager to mentor patiently, explain complex ideas with clarity, and empower every team member to flourish professionally and personally.
Pride in Our Homeland
Deeply rooted in Catacaos with pride for the northern region of Peru, proving through deeds the remarkable technical talent and noble spirit of our land.
May God welcome him into His glory and grant him eternal peace.
