Data is processed exclusively to maintain platform technical operations, present accurate weather telemetry, coordinate with verified local operators, and respond to traveler inquiries.

Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or transfer personal databases to advertising agencies or unrelated commercial third parties.

Under Law No. 29733, every data subject has the right to access personal data held by MiTumbes, rectify inaccuracies, request deletion (cancellation), or oppose processing.

MiTumbes uses local storage and strictly essential technical cookies to remember language preferences (Spanish, English, or Portuguese) and optimize asset delivery via Cloudflare CDN. We do not use invasive cross-site advertising cookies.
